Our recycled soil is only suitable for filling large holes etc. It is NOT recommended as a growing medium as it does not contain the nutrients you need. If you're looking to grow plants - we recommend our Multi Grow product.
Recycled Soil is ideal for general landscaping, filling in large holes & land, levelling the ground, renovations and turfing.
This type of soil is the cheapest and simply does the job.
Abbey Lawn Turf's premium soil is a little bit more expensive than our budget recycled soil - but the quality of the soil is better.
This topsoil is fully screened, making it easier to handle. It is ideal for growing flowers, vegetables and any garden plants. The premium soil can also be used for seeding new lawns and raised beds.
The soil is a virgin topsoil, direct from our farm and has a proven track record for its growing quality as it has already been cared for and used for growing crops which recycled soil will not do.
Avoid harming your new turf with our nutritious Turf Start.
Did you know that having poor soil preparation and soil that doesn't have decent nutritious value can actually harm your turf, stop it from growing and even kill it?
At Abbey Lawn Turf, we can provide you with the perfect base for your new turf. Our soil, Turf Start is a mix of topsoil, compost and N.P.K (Nitrogen, Potash and Phosphate) which creates a nutritious base layer for your grass to give it a real kick start.
Our farmyard manure is well-rotted manure, suitable to use in vegetable patches and flower beds. When our manure is dug into and mixed with your soil, it helps boost nutrient levels and improve the soil properties.
